DELEGATES TO THE SECOND CONGRESS OF THE COMMUNIST INTERNATIONAL

Convention was held July 19 in Petrograd and July 23 to Aug. 7, 1920 in Moscow.

The official minutes published in German list 218 delegates to the Congress; additions were made based on the content of the stenographic record by New Park Publications when they prepared an English translation in 1977. That list is presented here. According to the official report of the proceedings, a total of 167 votes were allocated to the delegates assembled, including 124 to members of Communist Parties, 31 to members of Non-Communist Parties, and 12 to Youth Associations.
